The Wise Manager does not only hire people he perceives as worse than him. Thats not wise hiring, thats a strategy that leads to worse outcome in the long turn. Don’t be that manager. Worse people can only do worse things. True, they will perhaps not stand up to you, but that will also mean that new ideas will not flow, innovation will stop happening. Remember, to better yourself you need better people around you.
